HIRING PROCESS
REQUIREMENT SUBMISSION AND SCREENING
Old and new applicants should submit a Resume in a folder together with 201 files for initial screening.

EXAMINATION
Applicants must then pass both simple practical and written examination
Step 02
INTERVIEW
The applicant along with their papers will be forwarded to the operation manager for the qualifying interview
Step 03
ORIENTATION
Hired personnel, after conducting a B.I. a Joint or Solo briefing will be given regarding agency policies and its organization.
Step 04
DEPLOYMENT
The new recruit will receive a client brief, an endorsement letter, and a duty detail order (DDO) and then sent to their respective post.
