In August 2010, Mulawin Security and Investigation Agency Inc. was established under the leadership of Lt. Eduardo C. Ibañez, PA (Ret), a distinguished member of Scout Ranger Class 27-78.

From a modest backyard office, we have successfully expanded to include an office building equipped with comprehensive security training facilities.
